The James J. Palmeri Company
 An Organizational Management Company
Success Stories

2002 Winter Olympics - Here was the directive.  "You have a 28 acre parking lot.  Build a professional TEMPORARY transportation system for a 22 day HIGH PROFILE INTERNATIONAL  event called the 2002 Winter Olympic Games."   The James J. Palmeri Company was up for the challenge.  With an engineering approach, we built a temporary facility, complete with maintenence, sanitary facilities, bus wash, drivers lounge and offices for 24 hour dispatch with 8 temporary dispatchers.  Throw in a driver training program and manual and flying around the country to train over 600 drivers in first class service and international etiquette.  Only a small boutique firm with great versatility and creativity was able to cut through the bureaucratic red tape an event like this could create.

Travel Alliance Partners, LLC - In 1999, Serge Talbot, the owner of Talbot Tours, San Jose, CA., called a meeting of fellow tour operators to discuss the possibility of looking at the tourism industry in a different way.  Little did he know that that meeting would create one of the most sought after partnerships in the tourism industry.  The James J. Palmeri Company was hired in 2005 to take the volunteer organization to a new level.  Today, 32 tour operators with sales approaching $300 million are increasing sales and lowering overhead on a daily basis.  In a model that has never been attempted in the industry, our company took the strategic vision and put together an engineered plan to steadily rightsize the partners and create a growth plan that now has the organizaton extremely successful.

Alfero Company, Inc. This has been one of our favorite projects.  We started with a successful company and an unhappy managment team.  We analyzed every aspect of the company, created a team environment, put procedures in place that eased the burden on the management team and created a business plan that has been successful growth and a more mature and very happy management team. Building projects are now growing daily and they have become a much sought after commercial builder in eastern Pennsylvania.
