Hospitality Training -
Hospitality training for front line employees is a key product in the Palmeri list of offerings. With a

critical eye toward uncompromising customer service, our strategists have developed a three day training program that provides Convention and Visitor's Bureaus and Economic Development agencies the tools to enhance the visitor's experience. While providing the tools for front line staff to represent regions in a professional and eductated way, Convention and Visitor's Bureaus can enhance the image of the community and encourage repeat experiences for their visitors.
Every aspect of a communities fabric reveals much about the readiness to welcome tourists and increase the revenue base of a community.
The program is divided into three sections. Each focuses on local resources, proactive customer satisfaction, and an experiential component for all participants to learn in a hands on exercise how the community functions and thrives.
